During this powerful November eclipse season, nothing is more important than our embodied presence.
When we are fully present in the moment, old stories lose their hold on us and there is no fear for the future.
The Poet's Shooting Star flowers look like they came from shooting stars that are now landing on Mother Earth. They remind us to bring our energy back to ourselves even during times of powerful emotional waves... or eclipses.
Eclipses (Nov. 13 & Nov. 28) are times when we can dive into our emotional depths, but can also give us a doorway to welcome back very vulnerable aspects of ourselves that may have been split off due to trauma.
I have witnessed how taking a few drops of the flower essence of Poet's Shooting Star has brought people instantly back into their bodies and also supported the healing of birth trauma regardless of the age of the person. Sometimes the trauma we experience at birth sets us up for a pattern of not feeling safe, or present, in our bodies. This pattern can change. We can be fully present.

I am looking very forward to trying this essence. I am glad I will have it to take before the 28th. ~ Love & Light, Bonnie
